Purchaser of any Firefly Holiday package from 19 July - 1 August 2010 online www.fireflyholiday.com.

      And complete it by answering the following question:

    • This is my first time purchasing Firefly Holiday package. (yes/no) If no, please indicate no of times.

The lucky winner will be announced on 4 August 2010 at Firefly Holiday’s website.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Only one entry for each Firefly Holiday package purchased during the valid period
  2. Winner will be selected based on first application sent with the correct answers
  3. Late, illegible, incomplete, fraudulent or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
  4. By sending in your entries, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions whereby Firefly Holiday reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
  5. Decision made by Firefly Holiday is final and conclusive. No correspondence will be entertained.
  6. All details on participation and prizes in the Contest that may appear in all promotional materials form part of the Terms and Conditions.
  7. All winners will be notified via email on a best effort basis. Winners must confirm receipt of the email notification of their win from Firefly Holiday by replying via email to the same Firefly Holiday address within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the email notification.
  8. Upon receiving the requisite confirmation from the winner, Firefly Holiday will issue an official Prize Voucher to the winner.
  9. In the event that the winner does not revert to Firefly Holiday within the stipulated time period, Firefly Holiday reserves the right to withdraw the prizes from the winner without any notification to the winner.
  10. Package prize cannot be exchanged in full, or partially for cash or other equivalents and the winner is bound by the terms and conditions stated on the package prize voucher
  11. Firefly Holiday reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by Firefly Holiday of the contest shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against Firefly Holiday for any and all losses or damages which may be suffered or incurred by the participant as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
