How To Book

Before you make a booking online, please be prepared with the following information:-

• Your choice of flight origin and destination, hotel(s) or/and travel service(s) 

• Your departure and return dates

• The number of adults and children (between 2 – 12 years old at time of travel) and infant (under 2 years old a time of travel)
• Passengers details: full name as in travel document, nationality, date of birth, contact number, passport/ IC number, passport expiry date and country of issuance.
• Payer details via credit card (Visa or Mastercard): name, address, phone number, mobile number (including country and area codes) and email address, credit card expiry date and CVV number.

How to Book a Flight + Hotel Package

Just 5 simple steps to purchase a Firefly Holiday package online:

Step 1

Select your Origin and Destination, Date of Depart and Date of Return, Number of Rooms and Guests (No of Adult, Child and Infant per room basis). Each room has a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children/ infant. Click on "Search".

Step 2

A list of flights and recommended hotels are displayed for your selection.

• Please click on the Show More Flights button to find more flight options. Choose your preferred flight.
• Please click the Choose button of your preferred hotel and room type. For more information on the hotel, click on ‘More Info’.
• A Package Summary with the price, flight schedule and available hotel for your trip is displayed for your verification of details. You may change your flights and/or hotel by clicking on the ‘Select Other Flights’ and/or ‘Select Other Hotels’ buttons respectively. Please note that your package price will vary depending on the selection made. Click Choose to continue.
• You may also choose to add optional transfers and tours to your package. For more information on the transfers and tours, click on ‘More Info’. Please note that the transfer is one way from airport to the selected hotel. Click on ‘Continue Booking’.

Step 3

Review your Package Summary and enter all the required travelers’ information. Click on ‘Continue Booking’ and you can review the full package details again for confirmation before proceeding to payment page.

Step 4

Enter the Credit Card Holder and Credit Card details. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. Please remember to read the Terms and Conditions and check the box to indicate that you have read and agreed to it. Then, click on ‘Proceed to Booking’ for payment verification.

Step 5

Congratulations! You've now purchased a Firefly Holiday package. Please PRINT your Package Confirmation to be kept and presented to the airport counter and hotel upon check-in. At the same time, a copy of this Package Confirmation will also be emailed to your email address provided during the booking process. Your Package Booking Number will be located on the Package Confirmation page for example: PA XXXXXX with your Flight Booking Number: 2XGE63 and Hotel Booking Number: HA XXXXXX for check-in purposes. Don't forget to bring along your Identity Card (Malaysian) or Passport and cash/ credit card for security and check-in purposes.

How to book a Hotel

Just 5 simple steps to purchase a Firefly Holiday hotel online:

Step 1

Select the Country and City / Region and enter your check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests (No of Adult, Child and Infant per room basis). Each room has a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children/ infant. Click on "Search".

Step 2

A selection of hotel will be displayed and you may choose to display the list according to the price, hotel rating or hotel name. Choose your preferred hotel and room type by clicking on the 'Choose’ button. For more information on the hotel, click on ‘More Info’.

You may also choose to add optional transfers and tours to your hotel. For more information on the transfers and tours, click on ‘More Info’. Please note that the transfer is one way from airport to the selected hotel. Click on ‘Continue Booking’.

Step 3

Hotel details and pricing summary will be displayed for review. Please fill in the travelers’ details and click on ‘Continue Booking’. You can review the hotel reservation details again for confirmation before proceeding to payment page. Click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button to continue.

Step 4
